My Pro is late

We expect Pros using our platform to provide the highest level of service, and at the core of that is reliability. Your Pro will arrive as close to your chosen start time as they are able.

Please allow 15 to 20 minutes after your appointment is scheduled begin, before reporting.
If they still haven't arrived, we apologize for the inconvenience. Feel free to reschedule through the TIDY app.
