I can’t contact my Pro
We want you to be able to connect with your Pro.
Here are some things to consider:
You can call or chat with your pro from the Bookings tab/page of your TIDY app account.
If calling, make sure you're using the app call feature.
Pros may take a little while to respond while they are in transit or experiencing poor reception
If there's something our customer experience team can help with, chat with us immediately. We aim to respond to urgent issues within minutes.
