Late arrival fee

Timeliness is a key element of satisfying customer expectations, and it's a part of your agreement with TIDY app. Arriving late to a job you’ve claimed, while not as severe as a failure to arrive, still causes customer displeasure. Accordingly, if you arrive late to a job without promptly communicating with the customer, you’ll be charged a $15 late arrival fee.

If you believe a mistake has been made, and that you were incorrectly charged a fee, or you’d like more specific feedback about such a fee you can email us or chat with us!

Note: If you cancel a job within 2hrs of the booking there is a find of up to $30 or £30. 

If you cancel with 24hrs there is a fine of $10 or £10
