How to Reschedule a Booking

Rescheduling a booking with TIDY app is as easy as 123.  Here are the steps to follow when rescheduling a booking.

1. On the "Bookings" page look for the job you want to reschedule and tap on the button "Reschedule

2. Pick the date and time that works for you

3. Tap the "Reschedule" button to update the schedule 

Important Note:
1. You can not reschedule a job when a cleaner has trigged "On my way" , "Arrive" or "Cleaning"
2. Rescheduling is free but if you reschedule an active job for more than 4 times you will be charged $20/ £10.
